The new generation of downloaders offer a substantial improvement in presentation and automatization processes but all of them work fine as programs to generate small to medium archives of web contents. It is possible to schedule the operations, so it is easy to make large samples during the night following a temporal scheme (examples: each Monday, every odd day, two times a day).
